How To Regularize Periods When Diagnosed With PCOS?

Hi. I am trying to conceive. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18. I menstruated every 3 months. Then about a year or 2 ago I started menstruating every 2 weeks. Now the past 3 months I menstraute once. I ended my period 10 days ago and now I am starting again. What can I do?
