How To Regularize Periods Post C-section?

Hi . I gave birth to a baby 3 months ago by c - section .I am Breast feeding .I am getting my periods twice a month . It happens to me 3 times in 2 months and bleeding is not so heavy from the time I gave birth . I am also using copper t contraceptive from a month ago. What should I do , please suggest me ?

it is normal and due to lactation. copper t will prevent pregnancy. maximum you can consult gynecologist. i think every thing is normal.
