how can i reduce my tummy ..i goto jim daily but my mother gives me a fatty diet to get fit for whole life she daily says if u dont eat these things you cant concentrate on your study nd other work bt i want to reduce my tummy any advice pls suggest me ..suggestion not to be costly

To reduce the weight maintain regular brisk walking for 40-50 minutes.
And to reduce the tummy you can do air cycling, abdominals, plank.
