SIR IAM 22 YEARS OLD MALE.IAM 5.5 FEET HEIGHT AND 90 KGS WEIGHT,SUFFERING FROM OBESITY.HAVING BLOOD PRESSURE TOO.I HAD A MILD HEART ATTACK TWO YEARS BEFORE.STRESS HYPERTENSION,HAVING BREATHING PROBLEM WHEN CLIMBING ON STAIRS,IAM A VEGETARIAN.PLEASE HELP ME TO REDUCE MY WEIGHT

Hello!
I hope to help you. I suggest you to begin with moderate exercise and to add it a little day by day. Combine exercise with diet. For example the first week run every day 20-30 minutes a day. As your resistance get improved try to run five more minutes every week. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. And may be after 2 months begin the gym. Exercise will help your overall well being.
