How To Reduce Weight?

Hi my weight is 87kg i do arobics 3 days a week me doing computer job and my time duration 8 to 10 hours plz my deite is in breakfast i eat 1 2 breads with egg in lunch eating frute and in dinner eat 2 roti ...plzzzzz advice me how to reduce my weight within 3 months bcoz after three month em getting marry...

Dear , for your info , obessity is a grave problem worldwide , and is leading cause of numerous health problems . Our derailed life style and faulty food habits are the main culprit .

Eat sensibly. Needs of your body do not change just because you are trying to lose weight. You will need proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and some facts.
Include essential nutrients fiber ,vitamins and minerals in natural form such as roasted meat & fish, Boiled eggs, skimmed milk & curd , beans and nuts Eat lot of green leafy and fresh fruit & vegetables
Drink plenty of water.
Plan you meals. Try to eat small meals throughout the day rather than using up you full calorie entitlement in one large meal. Eating small amounts regularly will lessen the chances of your feeling hungry and will help you to lose weight. If you eat a large evening meal shortly before going to bed your body has no chance to use up those calories during the daily activity.
Avoid weighing yourself all the time. Your weight fluctuates daily and there is not real need to weight yourself more than once a week. Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress , sleeplessness and Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity.
So avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .

Along with well planned diet regimen , chalking out a well planned physical activity plan is Also essential , for achieving a goal to get rid of obesity .

Exercises as brisk walking ,deep breathing , Kapalbatti , yoga - rolling , stretching, running , jogging , sit - ups all help strengthening immune system & help achieving your goal .

Honey and lemon juice with warm water in the morning .
