How To Reduce Weight Naturally?

Hi I am 54 years old and my weight is between 151 and 153..I want to lose about 15 lbs..how many calories should I be eating daily. I also workout five days a week with a personal trainor...we do weight strength training and other core exercises. I have also had bariatric surgery gastric rouyen y surgery three years ago this coming October. I was 250 and went to 137 and now am staying in the 150 s. Im not happy with this weight and at least want to be in the 140 s/

I must congratulate you on the efforts you have put in to cut down tis much on your weight. Please, can you provide your height for us to know whether you real need to cut down some more weight or not by looking at the BMI? 151lbs to me seems acceptable for most persons. No one would consider surgery in your case to loss weight because the inconveniences and risk far surpass the benefits. Diet and regular exercise as you must have discovered are the best kept secrets to controlling your weight.
