Hi

I read your query and would like to say that first of all you should consult a nephrologist in order to determine exactly the causes of renal tailure.

Only after this is possible to choose the right treatment for high creatinine.

For the treatment of hyper triglyceridemia I suggest to begin a fibrate (and quite the statin). I would probbably gave you lypantil 160 mg.

Hope I answered to your query.
Drr. Benard
