Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of blood test report is as follows:
Fasting blood sugar should be below 100 mg/dl.
The fasting blood sugar is on the higher side. A repeat fasting blood sugar is required after a gap of few weeks.
If the levels still remain high, you need to consult your primary health care provider.

The total cholesterol should be below 200 mg/dl and triglyceride level should be below 150 mg/dl.
Both total cholesterol and triglyceride levels are raised.
You need to consult your doctor for lipid lowering drugs.

Serum uric acid level is above the normal range. The normal level should be between 2-6 mg/dl.
SGPT is a liver enzyme should be below 40 IU/L, however, the levels are elevated.

Thus, these tests are suggestive of kidney and liver related disorders.
Clinical assessment is required.

Thanks and take care
