Hello Christina,
- Try to exercise regularly especially you need to exercise the chest muscles. Do chest presses.
- If you are overweight, reduce your weight and eat a well balanced diet.
- You can use a "minimizer" bra.
- If these can't help, then you may need a reduction mammoplasty.
