hello, Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query. The way to reduce your weight is to reduce the calorie intake and to spend more calories by exercise. If you can reduce the daily calorie intake by 1000 calories per day. You can lose about 1Kg per week. At the same time you should also try to spend more calories by exercising a minimum of 30 mts per day. The best kind of exercise at your age would be High intensity Interval Type of exercise. You should also learn to handle the stress of daily living better. Sometimes people use food as a stress reliever and that is a common cause of obesity.
