How To Reduce The Belly Simultaneously Increase The Muscle?

hi I m 29 years old male. I want to reduce my belly fat and simultaneously increase my muscle. I have started jogging and doing push ups everyday. I also take 2spoons protinex and drink 2 litre water everyday. kindly suggest me what kind of diet and exercise I should do. thanks

In addition to your aerobic exercises, you would need to do specific toning exercises for the abdomen.

The aerobic exercises would help to reduce the body fat and the toning exercise would help define the muscles in this area (as well as help with body fat).
