How To Reduce The LDL Level?

Thank you. What if you have good HDL (100) but the rest of the cholesterol (LDL) is high, and no mention has been made about the triglycerides. I saw somewhere that there is difficulty getting the LDLs down, even medication-wise, so what is an effective way to get LDL down without statins, etc., because the HDLs are already high enough.

Hi. Your question has a millennia old medication

EXERCISE.

It is one of the easiest safest most economical way to bring your LDL levels down. Maintain a regular schedule of exercise, stick.to it punctually and see the levels of LDL after three months. You'll be surprised. Ofcourse statins do help.in reduction but who wants to pop pills when exercise is going to offer you much more than LDL level reduction? Benefits of exercise is every man's knowledge so I won't emphasise on that.

Happy exercising!

Dr. Karan Shekar.
