How To Reduce Sugar Level (171) In Gestational Diabetes?
I am 32 weeks pregnant and I have gestational diabetes, and I have just checked my blood glucose on my meter and it read 171. I have not eaten anything for a couple of hours now. What can I do to bring down my sugar because I have been feeling light headed.

Hello, Welcome to HCM I understand your concern.Gestational diabetes is an easily treatable condition.Diabetes usually presents in pregnancy because there will be insulin resistance in pregnancy.
Insulin is the drug of choice for gestational diabetes.You need to take regular doses of insulin at correct intervals.Also eat meals in small quantities,so that you will not become hypoglycemic at any time.
