How To Reduce Stomach Pain During Menstrual Cycle?

The mouth of my stomach hurts i am currently on my period and been for 4 days now. I took pain pills but still feel pain. I ate burgers today dont know if maybe that the problem or that i drank coke too fast like if it was water.. i can handle the pain but it is unconforting thanks

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to dyspepsia and this could be self limiting and just wait for some time and this would come to normal one try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
