How to reduce stomach area ?

Hi Doctor , I am on wait loss plan. I have not done drastic cut in my diet . Just reduced portion for dinner, thats it. I do excercise but light and yoga as well. I year back i was on similar plan and most of the stands of my hairs and beard grayed at that time. I do not know the reason. I also observe my hip area has reduced quite a lot. I want to reduce my stomack area. My age is 34, weight-70kg, height -5.8inches.

The greying you had last yr, could be due to nutritional deficiency. So for a diet plan and nutrional advice , visit a nutritionist.

Hi, This is a very common problem with everybody. Usually with what ever diet plan it is difficult to reduce your tummy unless you do regular yoga, pranayam, special exercises for abdomen as well as to cut down fat and carbohydrates, increase fibre and vegetables and fruits in your daily intake.
Good sleep, regularity in your routine, enough intake of water, daily 5kms. brisk walking all these are added factors. Ofcourse these all need to change your life-style.
