How To Reduce Stiffness In The Joints?

Since Monday I have started to have stiffness in the joints. It started with my wrist, feet and fingers. I have had a sore throat since last week but the swollen glands have gone. I had stiffening of the joints last year but was given all clear re arthritis with the doctor. Could it be connected to a viral infection?

Yes , some time viral infection can cause such symptoms of arthritis. I would recommend you to get Anti CCP antibody test, which we tell us if there is any arthritis. Till then you can take Ibuprofen for pain relief. Also if joint pain persist take HCQ and SAAZ.
