How To Reduce Shoulder Pain?
Hi I have had shoulder pain for a few months now. I am a carer by profession and have been for 35 years so as you can imagine wear and tear are showing in hips knees and of course shoulders. It s very painful when I lie on it at night and this prevents me from getting a decent night s sleep. I have been taking Naproxe 500mg but no relief.

Take painkiller with muscle relaxant combination. Also strengthen your shoulder by physiotherapy. You can apply diclofenac gel at night while sleeping. These measures should help.
