Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Diverticulitis patients are prone to develop fistulas. Blood in the urine may be due to urinary tract infection or renal stone or rectovesical fistula etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, colonoscopy, urine examination. You may use Tramadol and paracetamol twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
