Rashes have appeared on the fore hand palm, elbow and shoulder - it has burning sensation and red patches appreciate your help, it is painful and unable to raise my arm or move freely to excercise I am Male of 56 years and diabetic for the last 10 years - the hypertension and diabetic is in control. Rashes are of many types like allergic rash;fungal/bacterial infection causing rash and even herpes.Since you have said that the rash is burning and it also has pain which is restricting your free movements it should be Herpes Zoster.Another thing suggesting it is a Herpes is that it is on one side.Since you are a hypertensive and a diabetic please consult your doctor immediately.He will examine you and prescribe the necessary treatment.
