I am a mother of 2.8yrs old girl baby. I was very lean before pregnancy, now I have become fat and people especially my sister is teasing me. I want to reduce my weight especially stomach fat and arm fat . I am doing regular walking, threadmill, some crunches , having honey in the morning in empty stomach.
I am confused. What should I do? Please give me a remedy. I would like to know does any slim belt or something reduce stomach. Please suggest me Immediately. Am moving to UK in a month. Before that I would like to back to my nomal weight (50 kg ) Now am 60kg.
