How To Reduce Post Pregnancy Weight?

Hi,
I am a mother of 2.8yrs old girl baby. I was very lean before pregnancy, now I have become fat and people especially my sister is teasing me. I want to reduce my weight especially stomach fat and arm fat . I am doing regular walking, threadmill, some crunches , having honey in the morning in empty stomach.
I am confused. What should I do? Please give me a remedy. I would like to know does any slim belt or something reduce stomach. Please suggest me Immediately. Am moving to UK in a month. Before that I would like to back to my nomal weight (50 kg ) Now am 60kg.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Taking more calories than calories used up- leads to weight gain.
POst delivery weight gain is mainly fat deposition on abdomen- due to excess fat consumption & reduced physical activities. Ideal weight reduction should be by empowering muscles and using up fat depositions.
You are doing exercises in form of walking,trade meal, crunches,also having honey in morning.But I am afraid, that is not sufficient.
Cutting down calories / increasing physical activities shuld be the way.
- Cutting 500 calories from diet for 1 month reduces weight by 1 lb in a week.
- Adding abdominal exercises/stretches would help in reducing abdominal fat/ make strong abdominal muscles.( This helps by preventing out bulging of abdominal contents through weak abd. wall.
