Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having osteoarthritis of foot joints. You can get benefits from Diacerine, glucosamine and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Mecobalamin may be useful in neuralgic pain. Hot fomentation and physiotherapy may be of help. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on link : http://www.bit.ly/askdrsudhirortho
