How to reduce pain in wrist after an injury?

I injured my thumb/wrist last night playing softball. My thumb/wrist started hurting immediately. I don t think anything is broken, but it feels as though I might have jammed it. My wrist now hurts the worst. I can move both, but certain directions hurt more than others. I put ice on it last night and it actually hurt worse.

Apply Bengay ultra stretch gel on areas of the pain. Massage it. Then apply Capsaicin cream on the area and massage gently. Take Ibuprofen for pain relief and to decrease the inflammation. Follow-up with me, or your local physician after 3,4days to see the progress.

Hope I answered all of your health concerns . If you have further questions in future, feel free to contact me anytime. In the start of your question write my name, and I will get back to you in no time. If satisfied, please click you found it helpful.
