How To Reduce Pain In Lower Back, Thigh And Groin?

I have a lower back pain which I have been wearing a workmen back brace to garden. now I have severe pain in my right groan and shooting pain down the side and front of right thigh. I took Prescription NSAid that is the equivalent to Voltaren Gel. How do I relieve thins pain?

need.to examine and rule out disc prolapse. If it is severe, get done MRI spote to check for disc prolapse although need to examine clinically before that. I hope this helps.
