How To Reduce Pain In Hip?

I fell about 18 momths ago on my right side and actually broke a rib. I actually have a lot of pain still in my hips but more on the left side. The actual fall hurt me instantly on the left side. Now especially when i sit for very long it is very painful.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are having pain in your both hips. You had a fall nearly 1.5year back,this pain may or may not be related to this fall . You need to get done your x-ray Pelvis with both hips AP view to see status of your hip.The pain may be of osteoarthritis of both hip. For pain relief you are advised to take analgesic.Treatment of osteoarthritis is Diacerine and Glucasamine. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
