Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic HCM. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Are you hypertensive; or diabetic and taking any medicines?
Do you have any known disease?
Certain diseases and medications may cause swelling in knees.

Take Tylenol by mouth; and, apply Voltaren gel and massage it. Wear comfortable shoes only to get relief from pain. You need to reconsider about the shoes you usually wear. Sometimes shoes are the sole issue for heel pains.

Take Luke warm water with some salt in it and dip both the feet upto the level above the knees and retain for 25 minutes. Do it daily. At night keep pillow beneath the legs to get the knees raised to flush the accumulated fluid.

Please get some blood work done to see if there is some disease behind these symptom:
CBC with ESR and differentials.
Liver and Kidney function tests.
(Upload the blood reports in a follow up query and let me see whats the issue. Alternatively you may also get these reports checked by your local physician).
