General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your problem. You are a virgin girl, and have itching, redness, bumps and little swelling.
This is due to local development of infection is not uncommon even in virgin.
This occurs due to the accumulation of sweat and itching that gives very small wounds that get infected.
Do not worry, this is not a serious problem.
I would advise you to have a proper treatment as outlined::
Clean the area with plain water as many times as possible.
You may also apply liquid povidone iodine 2 to 4 times a day.
Please do not use any ointments.
If this is not sufficient to give you the results you may need a 5-day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and single dose of anti-fungal tablet.
This will cure all your problems.
