Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

Inflammation and swelling at the site of ear piercing is not an abnormal finding as it is due to trauma to the soft tissues at the piercing site and at times if any small blood vessel get pricked there can be bleeding and spillage of blood into the soft tissues leading to formation of a hematoma and a small lump is formed..
If there is persistent bleeding there is also a possibility that there is infection at the piercing site..
You should not wear and remove the earring again and again as it can lead to further trauma and spread of infection, other thing is that she could have also had allergy to the metal used in the earring which can also lead to lump and bleeding..

You can apply Triple Antibiotic Ointment over the lump on the ear..
Apply Hydrocortisone Ointment over the lump for reducing inflammation..
Do cold packs over the region..
You can also apply Turmeric paste over the lump as it has antibacterial properties..

Hope this information helps..
