I can understand that you are very anxious about your health.
Actually when you start losing weight , you will be able to get rid off the love handles .
But for that you will need to follow as I will advise.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals ,
proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Stick to this plan for at least 6 months.
Try it the natural way first. There are plenty of medications and surgeries like
liposuction. But they all have adverse effects.
