How To Reduce Fat In Stomach?

I am a 20 year old girl and extremely skinny at 5"2' and 105 pounds. I have been dieting and watching calorie and fat intake for 6 months. I have only lost about 3 pounds and none of it from my stomach. I am thin like a stick except my stomach bulges out. Why can't I lose the stomach fat?

It may not really be fat that is bulging, but poorly toned muscles. You are at the low end of normal weight for your height, so further weight loss is not a good idea. Instead I would suggest you start doing exercises to tone up your muscles. There are specific exercises to tone the abdominal muscles that you can do. This is a very popular topic on the internet so I'm sure you can find information about good abdominal workouts. Or go to a local gym and ask about the workout machines. However, don't go for any of the supplements and pills many of them recommend. Some of them can be dangerous. The only thing you need is the exercise plan. Hope this helps.
