How To Reduce Endometrium Thickness With The History Of PCOS?

Hello, I recently experienced heavy bleeding in a period that lasted 2 weeks. Al ultrasound indicated an endometrium of 13.8 thick. I am currently 37 with previous history of PCOS and am unable to undergo biopsy nor D&C, since I am still single. My dr. Put me on primolut twice a day. Are there any other options I have?
