How to reduce endometrium thickness with the history of PCOS?

Hello, I recently experienced heavy bleeding in a period that lasted 2 weeks. Al ultrasound indicated an endometrium of 13.8 thick. I am currently 37 with previous history of PCOS and am unable to undergo biopsy nor D&C, since I am still single. My dr. Put me on primolut twice a day. Are there any other options I have?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes such symptoms can be get alright on its own but for that you have to wait a little for this, else hormone therapy and D&C is the option you have, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
