I had my mirena iud removed 5 days ago and have had some light but very very dark spotting and what felt like normal period cramps. But now today it hit me hard. Worst pain I've ever felt. Cramping all the way through to my lower back and feel extremely nauseas. What do I do?
It appears that your uterus is contracting to shed the endomeytrium so you will have bleeding in few days. To reduce this pain you need to take tablet cyclopam 1 tablet thrice a day for 5 days. The pain will decrease.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
