How To Reduce Blood Pressure Other Than Having Metoprol?

I ve been on Metoprol for over a year now for my blood pressure at 25 mg but my blood pressure is still pretty high. I workout 5-6 days a week doing CrossFit, eat a healthy diet for the most part, don t drink coffee and drink 1-2 glasses of wine per week. Not quite sure what else I can do to lower my blood pressure. Any suggestions?

hi
metoprolol is a betablocker group of drug, which is first use to control & regularise the heart rate and the blood pressure to some extent
maybe the dose is insufficient
please meet your treating doctor to either increase the dose,or add up with one more antihypertensive drug
take care
