How To Reduce Blood Pressure Other Than Having Metoprol?
I ve been on Metoprol for over a year now for my blood pressure at 25 mg but my blood pressure is still pretty high. I workout 5-6 days a week doing CrossFit, eat a healthy diet for the most part, don t drink coffee and drink 1-2 glasses of wine per week. Not quite sure what else I can do to lower my blood pressure. Any suggestions?
