Hi I am Dr.Shreyash Mehta, MD COmmunity Medicine

I hope my answer will solve your query.

You are 22 years old with height of 6 feet 2 inches and weight of around 69 kgs. Your Body mass index comes to about 20.16 (i.e Body mass index = wt. in kgs/ square of height in meters) which is normal (range for appropriate BMI= 18.5-25)

The extra fat gets deposited first around the underarms followed by groins followed by belly. Fat starts getting deposited on the face very late. I have no remedy for increasing facial fat. You can gain it by surgical augmentation but it is not advisable.

Home measures for decreasing belly fat is to walk briskly for 1 hour.
Avoid fried and food with high amount of fat like cheese, butter, pastries/cakes,
Increase the use of whole grains in your diet, include fresh fruits and green vegetables salads in your diet plan. Increase amount pulses and lean meat in your diet.

You can do sit ups with proper posture starting with about 3 sets of 20-25, 3 thrice a week. You can increase then to 3 sets of 100 sit ups thrice a weeks.
You need to do push ups for developing your chest and shoulder muscles. You can try them in a similar manner as I suggested for sit ups, like (20-25) X3 to increase to (50-100)X 3 thrice a week.

Ideally you should go to gym. There you shall be able to find a variety of equipments to tone your body along with an appropriate trainer.

Body building is a long process which requires disciplined exercise regimen.
