How To Reduce Belly Bulge After An Abortion?

Hi, its been more than three months since I had a natural miscarriage, ( third pregnancy) however, my belly is still huge as if I m pregnant. It hasn t gone down and I m definitely not pregnant. I was 10 weeks pregnant but the baby had stopped growing at 10 weeks....ultrasound confirmed all clear inside. Will my belly ever go back to normal, what can I do to help it as I ve always been slim... Thanks Bubs.

hi,
Let me answer your query.

As such pregnancy of 10 weeks will not lead to belly bulge .
what you are feeling can be due to deposition of fatty tissue on the belly around your belly button.

I will suggest you-
Drink plenty of water.
Indulge in routine exercise and healthy diet regimen.
Avoid fried foods, Salty foods, refined sugars.
Include more portions of fruits, vegetables and salads in diet.

it can be effect of pregnancy hormones, or else I will suggest you to get USG done to rule out PCOS. It can also lead to belly obesity.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
