hi i hope u give me good and effective methods hi i am student of WWW.WWWW.WW 2nd year and i go once a week college last two three years i gain weight when i was in 12th class my weight is 45 and when i go to WWW.WWWW.WW 2st year my weight goes up i am very disappointed my height is 5'3 and having tummy i want flat tummy and decrease my weight also please tell me how to reduce weight and stable weight

Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. The best way is to alternate exercise and a good way of eating. Exercise has a lot of good effects not only for losing weight but also for your mental state too. Exercise makes your muscle grow so you you will burn more fat and your rest metabolism rate will increase. For excample you can get subscribed at a gym: one day you can do 4-5 exercises 3 sets of 10 each exercise for back muscles, and the same for triceps, another day you can do legs and shoulders, the other day do chest and biceps, and cardio. Repeat if you go more than. 3-4 times a week at the gym. Try to eat healthy. Eat a balanced diet but remember portions are very important. For excample:
Breakfast:one cup of milk2% fat and a slice of brown bread with one tablespoon of jam.
10:30-11:00 one fruit one boiled egg
lunch 13:30-14:00 one tomato filled with rice and 80 gram patatoes baked in oven
salad with tomatoe cucumber 60 gram cheese and one teaspoon of olive oil
17:00-17:30 2 slices of chicken ham and one tablespoon of cottage cheese
dinner 19:30-20:00 one cup of yogurt 2% 2 walnuts one banane one tablespoon of oats and one teaspoon of honey. Drink plenty of water. Stick to this and you will see results, wish you good health. Best regards.
