How To Reduce Abdominal Pain And Excessive Sweating At Night?

I have been having terrible abdominal pain and I am convinced that it is to do with my liver and small bowel. The pain is severe most of the time and feels like something is pressing against my stomach and rib cage. I have no appetite at all and struggle to eat anything. I feel my body is overheating, I have frequent episodes of feeling very hot and sweaty and this is worse at night. I am not able to sleep more than 3 to four hours a night and feel exhausted during the day. I just do not know what to do, the pain is getting gradually worse each day.
