hi there,i have tinnitus my ears are constantly ringing i m just sick and tired of it i dont know what to do with it,i also have hepatitis b my sgpt was 16 but when i started execising and it went right up to 88,can you please help me what to do to lower it down i dont drink or smoke.

Tinnitus is due to nerve weakness.So take vit b12 capsule. It will be resolved in some time. Use headphone when it disturbs you alot.
