i am 25 years old..164 cms height ,62 kgs..medium built..i have been taking metformin 1000 mg for the past six months still my LH level is 19..Under treatment for PCOd for the past two years..my testosterone levels are also high..116..please advice how to reduce LH and testosterone

hi,loosing weight is the best way to get your hormones back to normal, ofcourse metformin does help a lot. exercise a lot and you will see the response.
