Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, we should exclude a focal brain lesion in the brain by doing T2 weighted MRI brain.

Then we should exclude a heart problem by doing an ECG. The tight control of blood sugar is important to prevent further health problems.

Second, the balanced diet and adequate water supply are crucial in this case.

Third, the regular monitor of the blood pressure and the restriction of salt are crucial.

The routine investigation of the Liver function and kidney function, as well as the routine examination of the eye (fundus examination), are required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
