How To Recover From Paralysis?

Dear doctor My uncle was 2 type of diabetes with b.p since last 19 years .few days back. He got minor blood clot in brain. So we addmit to hospital after 3 hours when he got. Vertigo .neurologist doctor told to us he was got paralyzed with no speech. I want to know how ca. He recovering plz suggest to us Thanks Samir

Sorry for your uncle condition.your uncle is diabetic & hypertensive.because of blood clot he is paralysed & loss of speech.its mainly due to dominant hemisphere involvement.if you had brought your uncle with in 3 h , throbolytic agents can be given and he wont suffer this disabilty.now g regular physiotheray is important to minimise his disability.
