Hello Jaiprakash. The coronary block will not decrease with these measures but it will help in controlling increase of the blocks. It can help in preventing the disease from increasing or spreading. So adopt a healthy lifestyle with no oily or fatty foods, less Carbohydrates, regular daily moderate exercise and avoidance of alcohol and most important no smoking. All this will help preserve your heart arteries and give you a long healthy life. Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
