How To Recognize Implantation Bleeding?

I had sex the day after my periods got over and started the pill within the 72hours but I stopped with in 3 days and and it is now a week from the day I started the pill, i have noticed spotting and traces of blood discharge, in bright red, odourless, and a few days ago I had a case if urinary infection, can this bleeding occur due to implantation

This bleeding is mostly due to withdrawal from the contraceptive pills.
Withdrawal bleeding is the mechanism of termination of pregnancy for emergency contraceptive pills.
This kind of bleeding is seen after 4-5 days of stoppage of drug.
So your discharge is more likely due to withdrawal bleeding.
No need to worry for pregnancy. So it is not an implementation bleeding.
