How To Quit Smoking?

Hi I am 18 year old women and I am addicted to smoking poppers (tobacco then packed with marijuana over top but into a water bong) for almost 2 years, I have smoked Atleast 1 everyday for 2 years and I have became strongly addicted. I smoked cigerettes for a while as well and I was never addicted to them could quit instantly and could go days without a cigerettes as well as just straight marijuana. But as soon as I mixed them together and started smoking poppers I have became so dependent on them that I have became so sick without one I can t eat I can t even think about food without non stop gagging which sometimes leads to vomiting and as soon as I smoke a popper I feel completely fine. I don t know what to do because without them I honestly can not eat ANYTHING what so ever, I m also very thin and lose weight so easy so not eating is not a good thing for me. Please help me I have no idea what to do but I need to quit
