hello
hw r you?
welcome to HCM.
quitting the smoking is very difficult when u have started very early in your age but nothing is impossible just determined to yourself with confidence and honestly that " Yes, I will quit smoking"
Follow few steps:

1. first decide firmly when do u want to quit smoking. means on which month and week and date
2. prepare your mind for that duration of quitting
3. on the day of quitting anxiety, perspiration, headache. difficulty in sleeping will occur but still try to resist it
4. Nicotine replacement therapy is now available. you can use nicotine chewing gum or patch for skin but this MUST be taken after consultation with your doctor. patches are less additive than gum so patches are preferable which release nicotine slowly through skin.
5. Bupropion ia an opioid medicine which is used for quitting
6. you should avoid triggers of smoking like loneliness, smoking group friends, stress etc
7. try to involve yourself in your interested subject like reading, playing football or cricket, watching movies, playing video games etc
8. Do heavy exercise or yoga or meditation or moderate jogging for an hour a day will help while quitting process
9. Encourage your motivational thoughts or read motivational books or hear such music
10. drink plenty of water, try to make you busy, while in stress do deep breathing exercise.
11. sometimes you will worry about wait gait but it will overcome by light exercise, low fatty diet, fruit juice and snakes.
12. some different therapy like behavior change therapy and hypnotism can be performed to relax the body and mind.
13. If you start again while quitting process, don't disappoint. Try once again with very firm determination but don't lose hope of quitting smoking

All the best and have a smoke free healthy life,
Thank you
