How To Quit Smoking Habit?

i am 20 and i used to smoke 10 cigarettes per day...now i reduced a lot...i brought it down to 3...but these three are really hard to stop...i really want to stop smoking...i am surrounded by people who smoke...is there anyway i can get rid of this habit...i really really wanna stop smoking!!!!

Otherwise, you can try nicotine replacement products like gum or lozenges instead of cigarettes and then quit these gradually. E-cigarettes are another option.
