How To Protect Skin And Hair From Chlorine During Swimming?

Hello, I am SAM, I swim 3 days in a week from 6am to 7am. My skin becoming dark due to swimming. I noticed a dark layer over my upper portion and legs just after a dip into the water. Please guide me how to protect my skin and hair from chlorine. I really don't want to leave swimming.

Hello,
Skin turning dark and 'burnt-like' on swimming is usually due to sunburn. You will have to use a good quality water proof sunscreen with SPF of atleast 30. Special attention to be given to face, upper shoulders and arms.
