my baby is now 7mnths 3 weeks old...her weight is 6.75kg...is she underweight?if so?how to improve her growth?she is breastfed n getting homemade cereals 3 times a day which incudes rice,lentis,carrot,squash,potato,papaya,chicken...her birth weight was 2.2 kg
n wats the best way to give her eggs?i hv tried n confirmd tht she has no allergy in eggs

HI...a baby weighing 2.2 kilos at birth and at 7months 3 weeks weighing 6.75kg is doing well. Nothing to worry about if her development is normal. I suggest you not to give any animal protein including egg till 1 year of age.

Other home-made food options will be -
1. Daal and rice well cooked and made into a porridge along with ghee
2. Boiled apple or banana and mashed into a paste.
3. Any made cereal porridge preparation with additional ghee added.
