How To Prevent White Hairs In 25 Years Age?

Hi! I am 25 years old.
I have lot of white hairs on my head.. but I don't mind having them.
But recently I saw a hair of my beard turned white.
It has shocked me.
What if its number increases in future?
I won't be able to step out of my home.
Please hwlp.
How can I prevent it?

I really appreciate your concern this is premature graying of hair the incidence of this have been increased all over the world and changing life style and predisposing genetic factor playing the role behind this no definite treatment available for this, some time "Calcium pentothenate" being use with the little response or no response, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
