Hi
Welcome to Healthcare magic forum
Please mention your age, sex, medical condition, medication you may be taking.
Ankle pain and calf muslce pain, on both sides suggests peripheral vascular disease, or an orthopedic condition like osteoarthritis/ rheumatoid arthritis etc of both sides.
Please visit an orthopedician in person, for a confirm diagnosis and treatment
Overexertion, dehydration should be avoided.
Takecare.

Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
