How To Prevent Tearing Of Frenulum While Having Sex?

my boyfriend and I had sex about a week ago and his frenulum tore and bled a lot seemed to heal somewhat okay on its own without sex for the week. Now that we tried having sex again it seems to have tore again and is bleeding again. How do we fix it so that it can heal properly and stayed healed?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i must advise you, to get him to see an urologist.
Avoid sex till then, or else it's likely to bleed again, even with condom use.
The remedy is very simple actually.
The frenulum which's the cause for the bleed,can be sutured easily.
The other lasting solution is to have a circumcision.
But wait for an expert examination by the Urologist.
